Cancellations.
Clients may cancel their software packages at any time by writing to us or call our office and cancelling. We will issue a cancellation confirmation letter to verify your software is cancelled. Upon cancellation you will lose all rights to use the software and your website or digital assets may lose functionality and be in other ways affected. Customers will be informed of the risks involved when cancelling.
Refunds. We do not issue refunds for software packages or completed work. If you have paid in advance for services we may issue a refund less merchant processing fees.
